By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, approving a proposal, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Please read them carefully before proceeding with any project or service.

Our services include website design and development, e-commerce development, mobile applications, UI/UX design, search engine optimization (SEO), digital marketing, social media management, video production and animation, and AI automation solutions.
Website: https://voltexsol.com/
Email: info@voltexsol.com
Business Address: 8 The Greens, Ste B, Dover, Delaware 19909, United States.
2. Scope of Services
VoltexSol provides services according to the scope, specifications, deliverables, and terms agreed upon in a written proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement.
Each project may have different requirements, timelines, features, and pricing.
Services or features not expressly included in the agreed project scope may require additional fees and revised delivery schedules.
We reserve the right to decline projects that are unlawful, technically infeasible, or inconsistent with our business policies.
3. Project Proposals and Approval
Before starting a project, VoltexSol may provide a proposal outlining the services, deliverables, estimated timeline, pricing, and payment requirements.
Project commencement generally requires acceptance of the proposal and receipt of the agreed initial payment.
Approval may be communicated through email, signed documents, or other mutually accepted written communication.
Once approved, the proposal establishes the agreed scope of work unless subsequently modified by both parties.
Any significant changes requested after approval may require a revised quotation.
4. Payment Terms
Payment requirements are determined by the applicable proposal or invoice.
Depending on the project, payment arrangements may include full advance payment, an initial deposit followed by milestone payments, or recurring billing for ongoing services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Payments must be made according to the invoice or agreed schedule.
Work may begin after the required initial payment has been received.
Outstanding balances may delay project delivery, publication, or transfer of final deliverables.
Additional services outside the approved scope will be quoted separately.
Third-party expenses may be billed independently.
VoltexSol may suspend work on accounts with overdue balances after providing reasonable notice.
5. Payment Processing and Affiliated Companies
VoltexSol and DXR Digital are affiliated companies.
Payments for VoltexSol services may be securely processed by DXR Digital or an authorized third-party payment provider.
The payment descriptor, invoice issuer, or merchant name may therefore differ from the VoltexSol brand name.
Clients will be informed of applicable payment instructions through authorized business communication channels.
Payments made through an authorized affiliated payment entity will be credited toward the relevant VoltexSol invoice or service agreement.
Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms, verification requirements, and transaction procedures.
6. Project Timelines and Delivery
Estimated timelines are communicated in the project proposal or agreed during project planning.
Delivery schedules depend on factors such as project complexity, availability of required content, client feedback, third-party integrations, and timely approvals.
VoltexSol will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery dates. However, estimated timelines are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
Delays caused by missing information, additional requests, payment issues, or third-party services may affect the completion date.
Completed deliverables may be provided through email, secure download links, website access, staging environments, or other agreed methods.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for their projects.
This may include:
Business details and contact information.
Logos, brand guidelines, and design preferences.
Website content, images, videos, and product information.
Product pricing, descriptions, and inventory information.
Domain, hosting, and other technical access.
Payment gateway and shipping account details.
Timely feedback and project approvals.
Applicable legal notices, licenses, and regulatory information.
Clients confirm that they own or have permission to use any materials provided to VoltexSol.
VoltexSol is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect client-supplied information.
8. Design Revisions and Modifications
We understand that revisions are an important part of achieving the desired final result.
The number and type of revisions included in a project will be specified in the applicable package or proposal.
Revisions generally cover reasonable adjustments to the approved design direction, content placement, visual presentation, or agreed functionality.
Requests involving a substantially different design concept, additional pages, new features, or major changes to approved work may be treated as additional services.
Revision requests should be communicated clearly and consolidated where practical to support an efficient review process.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed allowance may be subject to separate charges.
9. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, the work completed, and the applicable project agreement.
Before Work Begins
If a client requests cancellation before substantive work has started, VoltexSol will review the request and determine whether a refund is available.
Any refund may be reduced by documented, non-recoverable transaction fees, third-party expenses, or costs already incurred, where permitted by law and the applicable agreement.
After Work Has Started
Once project work has commenced, refund eligibility will be evaluated based on completed work, resources allocated, expenses incurred, and the terms agreed upon in the project proposal.
Payments covering work already performed or non-recoverable expenses may not be refundable, subject to applicable law.
After Final Delivery
After agreed deliverables have been completed and accepted, payments for the completed services are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.
Ongoing Marketing Services
Payments for SEO, digital marketing, social media management, and similar recurring services generally cover work performed during the applicable service period.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle a client to a refund for services already provided.
Third-Party Purchases
Domain registrations, hosting subscriptions, software licenses, premium plugins, and other third-party purchases are subject to their respective providers’ cancellation and refund policies.
Refund requests must be submitted to info@voltexsol.com.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer or statutory rights.
10. Website and E-Commerce Development
Website and e-commerce projects are developed according to the approved scope of work.
Unless otherwise specified, additional services such as product uploads beyond the agreed quantity, custom integrations, content writing, premium plugins, or advanced functionality may involve additional charges.
VoltexSol may use WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or other appropriate technologies depending on project requirements.
Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate product information, pricing, shipping policies, refund policies, and applicable legal disclosures on their online stores.
VoltexSol does not guarantee that third-party payment processors, marketplaces, or hosting companies will approve a particular business or product category.
11. Domain Names, Hosting, and Maintenance
Domain registration, hosting, business email, website maintenance, and other recurring services are included only when expressly stated in the applicable proposal.
Where these services are not included, the client is responsible for purchasing and maintaining them.
Third-party hosting and domain providers establish their own pricing, renewal schedules, and service conditions.
Failure to renew a domain, hosting account, or required subscription may result in website downtime or service interruption.
Ongoing website maintenance, updates, backups, technical support, and security monitoring are not automatically included with every development package.
Maintenance services may be purchased separately under an agreed support arrangement.
12. Intellectual Property and Website Ownership
Ownership of project deliverables will be governed by the applicable proposal or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership or the agreed usage rights to the final custom deliverables specifically created for that client.
Pre-existing VoltexSol tools, development methods, reusable code, internal frameworks, and proprietary resources remain the property of VoltexSol or their respective owners.
Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, software libraries, and licensed assets remain subject to their original licensing terms.
VoltexSol may display completed projects in its portfolio or promotional materials unless the client and VoltexSol have agreed otherwise in writing.
13. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations
Our services may involve external platforms, APIs, plugins, payment gateways, hosting providers, advertising networks, and other technology services.
VoltexSol can assist with the technical implementation of compatible integrations within the agreed project scope.
However, we do not control third-party approval decisions, account restrictions, pricing changes, outages, or changes to external platform policies.
Clients are responsible for maintaining valid accounts, required permissions, subscriptions, and business documentation for third-party services.
Additional integration requirements discovered after project approval may require a revised scope and additional fees.
14. Digital Marketing and SEO Services
VoltexSol may provide digital marketing, advertising management, search engine optimization, social media management, and related services.
We aim to improve online visibility, campaign quality, audience engagement, and business performance through appropriate strategies and ongoing optimization.
However, results may vary due to market competition, advertising budgets, search engine algorithms, audience behavior, and other factors outside our control.
VoltexSol does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, sales volumes, lead quantities, advertising returns, or business revenue unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
Advertising expenditure is separate from management fees unless expressly included in the approved package.
Clients remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of advertising claims, product representations, and business information supplied to us.
15. Mobile Applications and Custom Software
Mobile applications, web applications, and custom software solutions are developed according to agreed functional specifications.
Additional functionality requested after scope approval may require separate development fees.
App store publication is subject to the applicable platform’s review procedures, technical requirements, and policies.
VoltexSol cannot guarantee approval or continued availability on third-party app marketplaces.
Post-launch updates, maintenance, and compatibility improvements are included only when specified in the service agreement.
16. Client Feedback and Project Inactivity
Timely feedback and approvals are necessary for efficient project completion.
If a client does not provide required information, feedback, or approvals, the project may be placed on hold.
Where a project remains inactive for an extended period, VoltexSol may request confirmation before resuming work.
Reactivation may require schedule adjustments or additional fees if the original project requirements, technologies, or resources have materially changed.
Any applicable inactivity or reactivation conditions will be communicated to the client.
17. Quality Assurance and Testing
VoltexSol aims to deliver professional digital solutions consistent with the approved project requirements.
Before final delivery, projects may undergo reasonable testing and review appropriate to their scope.
Clients are encouraged to review staging websites, designs, applications, or other deliverables and report issues during the agreed review period.
Errors or defects attributable to VoltexSol’s failure to meet agreed specifications will be addressed according to the applicable agreement and any stated warranty or support period.
Requests for new functionality or changes outside the approved specifications are not considered defect corrections.
18. Confidentiality
Both VoltexSol and the client should treat non-public business information, project documentation, login credentials, and proprietary materials shared during the engagement as confidential.
Such information should not be disclosed to unauthorized parties except where necessary to perform the services, required by law, or permitted by the relevant party.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is already public, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from another source without confidentiality restrictions.
Additional confidentiality requirements may be established through a separate non-disclosure agreement.
19. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities
Clients and website visitors must not use VoltexSol services or systems for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
Prohibited activities include unauthorized access attempts, distribution of malicious software, infringement of intellectual property rights, and misuse of systems or confidential information.
VoltexSol may refuse or suspend services where there is a reasonable basis to believe that continued performance would violate applicable laws, third-party policies, or contractual obligations.
Any suspension or termination will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and legal requirements.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoltexSol will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of anticipated revenue arising from use of our services.
VoltexSol is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, external APIs, or other systems outside our reasonable control.
Where permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular project or service will not exceed the fees paid to VoltexSol for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
21. Website Content and Accuracy
The information published on our website is provided for general informational purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate service descriptions, pricing information, and other content.
However, website content may be updated without prior notice, and published information does not automatically constitute a binding offer.
Final pricing, scope, deliverables, and project obligations are established through an accepted proposal or service agreement.
22. Communication Policy
Official VoltexSol communications may be conducted through authorized email addresses, listed telephone numbers, project management systems, and other channels confirmed by our team.
Clients should verify unexpected payment requests, account changes, or sensitive instructions before acting on them.
VoltexSol is not responsible for fraudulent communications made by unauthorized individuals impersonating our company, except to the extent responsibility arises under applicable law.
For verification, contact info@voltexsol.com or one of the telephone numbers listed on our official website.
23. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect the privacy of our clients and website visitors.
Personal information collected through our website or business interactions is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
For additional information about data collection, use, retention, and privacy rights, please review our Privacy Policy available on our website.
24. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate a project or service according to the terms of the applicable agreement.
VoltexSol may suspend or terminate services in circumstances involving material non-payment, serious contractual breaches, unlawful activity, or misuse of our systems, subject to applicable notice and legal requirements.
Upon termination, the client remains responsible for outstanding fees associated with services already performed and authorized non-recoverable expenses.
The parties will address delivery of completed work, access credentials, and other termination obligations in accordance with the applicable agreement.
25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws require otherwise.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter through good-faith communication before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
Any court proceedings will be subject to applicable jurisdictional rules and any valid dispute-resolution provisions in the relevant service agreement.
26. Changes to These Terms
VoltexSol may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in business operations, services, or legal requirements.
Revised Terms will be published on our website with an updated effective date.
Material changes affecting an existing project will not automatically override an already accepted agreement unless permitted by that agreement or accepted by the parties.
